The Window Banner - Middelkoop
Image © Kaleigh Middelkoop 2011 |
Kaleigh Middelkoop, Second Year Photography Student, is an aspiring photographer from Newfoundland who moved to Ottawa to follow her dreams by attending Algonquin College for Photography.
In 2010 she had a winning image in the Junior Visual Arts division of the Newfoundland & Labrador Arts and Letters Awards. She has a strong interest in portraiture and fashion photography, as she thinks that a photograph is one of the most natural and gratifying forms of expression.
Kaleigh believes that every image is an opportunity to tell a story or convey an emotion and is willing to go that extra mile to get the image she has in mind. She hopes to pursue portraiture and create beautiful and striking images that capture the essence of the subject.

The Window Banner
Here is the video of the Faculty and Staff hanging our new Student and Alumni Banner in C125. The Banner is 40 feet long and almost 4 feet high and took 3 hours to print.
To see the final Banner in all its glory stop by the Algonquin main cafeteria and look out the west windows. Also stay tuned for more images going up through-out the school year.
